I’m Grecia Burga — Nutritionist & Healthy Lifestyle Coach.
My passion for wellness started long before I earned my certifications.
I’ve always been that friend — the one who chooses gym dates instead of coffee dates, the one encouraging family and friends to eat better, feel better, and live fully.

I believe that taking care of our body is an act of love — and food is a powerful way to honor ourselves every day.

I studied Nutrition and Healthy Living at ISSA — International Sports Sciences Association (USA), and also completed Nutrition & Gastronomy studies at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Peru.
This unique combination allows me to help you achieve your goals through science, balance, and delicious food.
